Shipping policy
Currently, Only UK deliveries.
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail. Any orders over £40 in value are free delivery. The Royal Mail service may try to leave in a secure location, if this is not possible then a card will be left and you will need to collect it from your local post office. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact us or Royal Mail.
UK Delivery Area: The United Kingdom includes Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales.
Only for Brighton&Hove deliveries; we collaborate with a local fast delivery company ZEDIFY. Monday-Friday All orders received by midday within the Brighton&Hove area will be delivered on the same day by 7 pm.
Rest of the UK; Monday to Friday All orders received before 1:00 AM and Saturdays before 10:00 AM will be dispatched the same day to Royal Mail. Orders placed after these times will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Please note that orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday will be processed the following business day.
